Job Center

Our current hours are:
 Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Historically around 4,000 community members come in annually to use our Employment Resource Center/Door County Job Center services that are open to the public.
This of course changed with COVID-19.  All Wisconsin Job Centers were mandated to close on March 25, 2019 We decided that even with the mandated closures of the Door County Job Centers, that We Are HOPE, Inc. would be here for you!  Thankfully the Door County Emergency Response Fund was made available!  Utilizing this award as well as some community donations that came in, helped fund our staffing so we could maintain some hours to be available. In 2020 we were able to help 1,526 navigate the unemployment system and the job search process even with limited hours and availability.  We want to thank everyone for their support!
We want to assure you – we are still here for you!  Call us today to find out how we can help guide you through anything related to your job search, career exploration, skill-building and navigating the Unemployment system.
We Are HOPE, Inc  has been serving our community since 1978.  Our organization has undergone many changes over the years.  From the modest Women's Employment Project office at the Phil Mart at the turn of the millennium,  to the current We Are HOPE, Inc. location at the Cherry Point Mall, with your help, we hope to continue to provide excellent services to our community.
